Last Sunday of the month: print & work in the studio with your print club subscription
Wat houdt de workshop in?
Every last Sunday of the month, my studio is open to a small group of makers. For five hours, it's an open-ended creative space where you can mess around, draw, cut, think, print, and work on your own projects. No workshops, no strict schedule, and especially no pressure. Just making together, in a quiet and cozy setting, with a maximum of six people. The studio is stocked with everything you need to work and play with: paper, pens, markers, cutting machines, templates, sample prints, books, and other inspiration. So you don't necessarily have to come to riso print. You can also draw, sketch, make collages, crochet, lino cut, or finally take that one project you've been struggling with at home. You'll be surrounded by other creative people in an inspiring environment, allowing you to get started more freely (and without making your house cluttered). Want to try riso printing? You can. Paper, ink, and masters aren't included, but you pay exactly for what you use with a punch card available at the studio. I'll be there myself (I'll be working on my own projects), and if you'd like to print, I'll take care of the riso for you. So you don't have to do the technical part yourself, but it's not a workshop with extensive guidance. For those who feel like I want to be here more often, there's the Print Club. This is a membership that allows you to join the Open Studio Sundays every month for a reduced price. The best part of the Print Club is that it (hopefully!) becomes a small creative community. You'll be working with other creators, all with their own projects, styles, and ideas. Sometimes you'll work quietly side by side, sometimes unexpected conversations or mini-collaborations arise. As a member, you also get a few extras, such as joint projects, online guides, a WhatsApp group with other creatives (optional), and a small print collection at the end of the year (if you participate for a full year). If you participate in individual sessions, you're more than welcome, but you won't automatically receive these extras. If you're looking for a recurring creative moment during the month, the Print Club is for you! The price for a single session is €55, with subscriptions starting at €120. Want to pay with your U-pas? That's possible; just send me an email. It's also possible that Sundays aren't always available due to holidays or vacations. In that case, we'll arrange a different date in consultation with the Print Club.
Cancellation Policy
1. Register & Guarantee a Spot As a member, you can participate in the open studio session on the last Sunday of each month. There are a maximum of six spots per session, so registration is required. Without registration, I cannot guarantee a spot. 2. Cancellation Can't make it after all? No problem, as long as you let us know in time. - Cancellations can be made up to 3 days in advance. - If you cancel later than that, the session will count as used and you won't be able to make it up. This is necessary because the groups are small and last-minute cancellations are often not filled. 3. No Refunds Membership is an annual subscription and cannot be canceled or refunded mid-year. You pay for the full year, even if you can't make it. 4. Printing & Materials Risoprinting is optional. Paper, masters, and ink are not included in the subscription; you use a punch card so you only pay for what you actually use. You're also welcome to come without any printing goals and simply work creatively. 5. Open Studio, Not a Workshop The Print Club isn't a class. You'll work independently on your own projects. I'll be there and do my own work, but if you'd like to print, I'll help you with the machine. Don't expect full guidance; this time is all about free, quiet creative time. 6. Respect for the Space & Each Other Please tidy up your space afterward, handle materials with care, and be kind to each other. The club is small and intimate, so we keep things fun and creative.
