Wat houdt de workshop in?

This is a fun and creative, beginner-friendly workshop based in Utrecht where you can riso-print illustrative cards. They're great to give to friends and family and wish someone a happy birthday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, a birth, a wedding, or anything else you'd like. We'll be working with markers, old magazines, collage, and the riso-printer scanner. No preparation is necessary, although you're welcome to bring your own magazines, photos, illustrations, and text. No laptop or digital media required, just your creativity and enthusiasm! During the workshop, you'll create a collage or illustration, which we'll convert to riso-print. We'll do this entirely analog, and you don't even need any experience with creative work, drawing, or illustrating to create something beautiful. We'll work entirely analog with: • Collage or illustration: Use markers or old magazines and cutting and tearing techniques to create four fun A6-sized cards. • Analog scanning techniques: We use the riso printer's scanner to convert your design into a riso version. • Two-layer riso print: Choose two bright colors (you have a choice of 9 colors: red, fluorescent pink, aqua blue, medium blue, green, orange, yellow, black, and teal!). What do you get? ✨ 40 of your own handmade cards (including 4 different designs, so 10 of each design) on thick A6 biotop paper ✨ Small snacks and personal guidance. ✨ Scanned versions of your cards (handy for digital use or sharing online) (this is only if the workshop doesn't run overtime!) ✨ Personal guidance and step-by-step instructions on riso printing ✨ Small snacks and drinks, and a very cozy atmosphere in the center of Utrecht ✨ Background music playing from a nice old record player ;) This riso printing workshop lasts a total of 3 hours. You can also book a private workshop upon request if you'd rather print with a group of friends, your company, or all by yourself! The regular price for the workshop is €55. Students (or those on a low income) receive a discount, paying €50. You can also pay with your U-pas. You'll first pay a €15 deposit (to guarantee your attendance) and then the rest with your U-pas.
