This is a small, beginner-friendly workshop based in Utrecht where you can riso-print Christmas cards. It's a great way to give to friends and family and wish them happy holidays. It's a very relaxed and fun way to print, and you'll go home with a stack of 40 (!!) Christmas cards (with four different designs). Enough for all your friends and family. You don't need to prepare anything, but you can if you'd like! During this workshop, you'll be making Christmas cards. In the studio, you can choose from special Christmas records, we'll play some fun Christmas music on the record player, and I'll hand out hot chocolate with whipped cream for a truly cozy Christmas experience! We'll work with markers, old magazines and collage, and the riso-printer scanner. During the workshop, you'll create a collage or drawing, which we'll convert to riso-print! We'll do this entirely analog, so you won't need a laptop or other digital media. Feel free to bring your own magazines, pictures, and text to use. You don't need any experience with creative work, drawing, or illustrating to create something beautiful. You'll also receive 40 of your own handmade cards on thick A6 biotope paper, small snacks, and personal guidance.
