Terms & Conditions — Studio Misprint

1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, workshops, and services offered by Studio Misprint (Ellis Tolsma). By placing an order or booking a workshop, you agree to these terms.

2. Webshop Orders
2.1 Products
All items are produced in small editions. Because many works are printed manually (often with risograph), minor variations or “misprints” are part of the process and not considered defects.

2.2 Prices
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
​
2.3 Payment
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase, except if you use an U-pas. If you use and u-pas, you can pay with your U-pas card during the workshop.

2.4 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within the stated timeframe on the product page.

Studio Misprint is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

2.5 Returns & Refunds (webshop)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once the return is received, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Custom-made items cannot be returned.

3. Workshop Bookings
3.1 Booking & Payment
A spot is only confirmed once the full payment has been received.

3.2 Rescheduling
You may request to move your workshop to another date if you inform Studio Misprint at least one week before the workshop. Rescheduling is only possible if there is space in another session.

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds (by customer)

A refund is possible if you cancel two weeks before the workshop date.

After that, refunds are not possible.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Please notify Studio Misprint in advance.
3.4 Cancellations (by Studio Misprint)
If a workshop does not have enough participants, Studio Misprint may reschedule or cancel the workshop.

You will be informed as early as possible.

If the workshop is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

If the workshop is rescheduled, you may choose a refund if the new date does not work for you.

3.5 Liability
Participation is at your own risk. Studio Misprint is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damage during the workshop.

4. Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, prints, course materials, and digital content remain the intellectual property of Ellis Tolsma / Studio Misprint.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
5. Privacy
Studio Misprint only uses your personal data to process orders, bookings, and communication. Data is never shared with third parties except when required for shipping or payment processing.
